Rules and Regulations (Read Carefully before Registration)
A - For Paper Submission and Publication in ARSSS International/National Conferences:
- A1. All papers should be original and not published elsewhere before or after the conference.
- A2. All authors and co-authors must inform their respective Department Head/Principal/Guide about the submission.
- A3. All authors and co-authors must write the correct affiliation inside the paper.
- A4. The Organizing Committee may not accept papers submitted after the last registration date.
- A5. ARSSS accepts each paper only after review by three reviewers.
- A6. ARSSS never publishes authors’ or co-authors’ emails online.
- A7. No changes in author names will be made after registration without written consent of all authors.
- A8. ARSSS never publishes any unregistered paper.
- A9. ARSSS is not responsible for verifying the originality of the author or co-author.
- A10. If plagiarism is confirmed, the paper will be suspended immediately.
- A11. Suspended papers cannot be republished or redistributed.
- A12. ARSSS is not responsible for obtaining visas; participants must handle their own applications.
- A13. Refunds for visa rejections are possible only before the last date of registration.
- A14. ARSSS does not guarantee participant safety or sponsorship on any visa.
B - Attending ARSSS International/National Conferences:
- B1. All participants must register before attending by paying the specified amount.
- B2. Participants must follow the official conference page for updates.
- B3. The organizer may change venue/date before the event; registered participants will be notified.
- B4. Participants must avoid any form of violence at or around the venue.
- B5. Original ID cards must be presented at the venue.
- B6. If conference kits run out, they will be mailed after the event.
- B7. Late arrivals will not be allowed to present or attend the conference.
- B8. Activists are not allowed to register or attend.
- B9. ARSSS reserves the right to publish conference images anywhere.
- B10. No refunds will be issued if the conference is canceled or rescheduled.
C - Publication in International/National Journals:
- C1. ARSSS reserves all rights to select papers for journal publication.
- C2. For Scopus/SCI journals, authors must bear full publication cost; process may take 3–12 months.
- C3. Conference registration fees are non-refundable if paper is not selected for Scopus/SCI indexing.
- C4. Papers may be considered for associated journals if extended by at least 20%.
- C5. Journal review process takes 25–60 days after conference.
- C6. All associated journals have ISSN approval.
- C7. Authors must pay for journal hard copies if requested.
- C8. The editorial board reserves the right to reject papers after the second review; no refunds apply.
D - Plagiarism Policy:
The plagiarism policy ensures authors give due credit to others while referencing and maintains academic integrity.
- D1. All papers are checked with plagiarism detection software before publication.
- D2. Minor plagiarism may be corrected after editor feedback; major issues lead to rejection.
- D3. If plagiarism is found after publication, the paper will be removed pending verification.
- D4. Severe plagiarism or fake identity will lead to lifetime blacklisting and removal from indexes.
- D5. Self-plagiarism is treated the same way as above.
E - Declaration:
- E1. ARSSS is registered under “Peoples Empowerment Trust” (Section-25, Companies Act, 1956).
- E2. It is an independent nonprofit organization promoting scientific activities in India and abroad.
- E3. It is not affiliated with any university.
- E4. Editorial board members are not employees of ARSSS.
- E5. ARSSS may cancel registration/publication if participants violate rules.
- E6. ARSSS reserves all rights to publish, withdraw, or modify any paper at any time.
