A - For Paper Submission and Publication in ARSSS International/National Conferences:

1. A1. All papers should be original and not published elsewhere before or after the conference.
2. A2. All authors and co-authors must inform their respective Department Head/Principal/Guide about the submission.
3. A3. All authors and co-authors must write the correct affiliation inside the paper.
4. A4. The Organizing Committee may not accept papers submitted after the last registration date.
5. A5. ARSSS accepts each paper only after review by three reviewers.
6. A6. ARSSS never publishes authors’ or co-authors’ emails online.
7. A7. No changes in author names will be made after registration without written consent of all authors.
8. A8. ARSSS never publishes any unregistered paper.
9. A9. ARSSS is not responsible for verifying the originality of the author or co-author.
10. A10. If plagiarism is confirmed, the paper will be suspended immediately.
11. A11. Suspended papers cannot be republished or redistributed.
12. A12. ARSSS is not responsible for obtaining visas; participants must handle their own applications.
13. A13. Refunds for visa rejections are possible only before the last date of registration.
14. A14. ARSSS does not guarantee participant safety or sponsorship on any visa.

B - Attending ARSSS International/National Conferences:

1. B1. All participants must register before attending by paying the specified amount.
2. B2. Participants must follow the official conference page for updates.
3. B3. The organizer may change venue/date before the event; registered participants will be notified.
4. B4. Participants must avoid any form of violence at or around the venue.
5. B5. Original ID cards must be presented at the venue.
6. B6. If conference kits run out, they will be mailed after the event.
7. B7. Late arrivals will not be allowed to present or attend the conference.
8. B8. Activists are not allowed to register or attend.
9. B9. ARSSS reserves the right to publish conference images anywhere.
10. B10. No refunds will be issued if the conference is canceled or rescheduled.

C - Publication in International/National Journals:

1. C1. ARSSS reserves all rights to select papers for journal publication.
2. C2. For Scopus/SCI journals, authors must bear full publication cost; process may take 3–12 months.
3. C3. Conference registration fees are non-refundable if paper is not selected for Scopus/SCI indexing.
4. C4. Papers may be considered for associated journals if extended by at least 20%.
5. C5. Journal review process takes 25–60 days after conference.
6. C6. All associated journals have ISSN approval.
7. C7. Authors must pay for journal hard copies if requested.
8. C8. The editorial board reserves the right to reject papers after the second review; no refunds apply.

D - Plagiarism Policy:

The plagiarism policy ensures authors give due credit to others while referencing and maintains academic integrity.

1. D1. All papers are checked with plagiarism detection software before publication.
2. D2. Minor plagiarism may be corrected after editor feedback; major issues lead to rejection.
3. D3. If plagiarism is found after publication, the paper will be removed pending verification.
4. D4. Severe plagiarism or fake identity will lead to lifetime blacklisting and removal from indexes.
5. D5. Self-plagiarism is treated the same way as above.

E - Declaration:

1. E1. ARSSS is registered under “Peoples Empowerment Trust” (Section-25, Companies Act, 1956).
2. E2. It is an independent nonprofit organization promoting scientific activities in India and abroad.
3. E3. It is not affiliated with any university.
4. E4. Editorial board members are not employees of ARSSS.
5. E5. ARSSS may cancel registration/publication if participants violate rules.
6. E6. ARSSS reserves all rights to publish, withdraw, or modify any paper at any time.
